Website visits
This static site has no inquiry form, advertising trackers or connected analytics service. Your hosting connection necessarily involves technical request information, such as IP address, requested page and browser details, processed by the hosting provider for delivery and security.
Email inquiries
The email links open your own email application. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. If you email us, we receive your address, the contents you send and ordinary email metadata in Gmail, a Google service. We use inquiries to respond, arrange conversations and evaluate possible work. Please avoid passwords, customer records and sensitive financial or personal information.
Storage and sharing
Theme preference is stored only in your browser and can be cleared in browser settings. We do not sell inquiry information or add you to marketing lists from an inquiry. Authorized operators and service providers handling hosting or email may process information to provide those services; processing may occur in countries other than your own.
Retention and your requests
We keep inquiry correspondence while following up on the inquiry or a related engagement. You can ask us to delete it when no longer needed; legal, security or recordkeeping needs may require some records to remain. Browser theme storage remains until cleared. Hosting and email providers may retain technical or backup records under their own service settings and policies.
Client work
This site does not collect client system data or authorize access to business accounts. Any later engagement defines its data, access, processing, retention and contractual responsibilities separately. Your applicable privacy rights depend on your location and circumstances.
