AI implementation & operations

AI, built intohow you work.

We design, implement and support AI workflows around your team, tools and operating rules.

Start with the work that matters.

Choose the operating problem. Build a useful workflow around it. Keep your team in control.

Make the numbers reviewable.

Prepare invoice inputs, reconcile approved records and surface exceptions for a responsible person to review.

Pricing, charges and collection actions require authorized approval.

Experience beyond the demonstration.

Selected implementations from the founder's existing portfolio. These are not claims of results delivered by the new AI Hub brand.

Financial and commerce integrations

True Margin

Source-reviewed implementation includes Plaid transaction sync and Amazon, eBay and Shopify order synchronization. Live operation and financial outcomes have not been independently audited.

Operational visibility

Source-reviewed implementation joins operational records and supports invoice status and balance visibility. No collection accuracy or revenue uplift is claimed.

Commerce fulfillment

Zebulun Press

Source-reviewed implementation includes checkout, signed payment-webhook handling and delivery-email workflow. Production outcomes have not been independently audited.

A clear path from idea to operation.

Understand the work

Map inputs, decisions, handoffs and the cost of the current process.

Demonstrate the workflow

Use permitted examples and agreed tests to challenge quality and review effort.

Introduce it carefully

Build the agreed scope, document it and train the people who will use it.

Operate with ownership

Review exceptions, costs and adoption under a separately defined support scope.

Useful systems need clear boundaries.

Agreed access. Named reviewers. Visible exceptions. Your people approve the actions that affect customers, money or records.

Data and access

Useful questions. Clear answers.

Do you work with only one industry?

No. We work across industries and scope the workflow around each team's systems, data and obligations. Industry-specific requirements are reviewed before accepting the work.

Does this replace our existing software?

Often the right answer is better configuration or a focused connection between tools. We assess that before recommending a custom build.

Can the system act without approval?

The scope defines allowed actions and named approvers. Customer messages, spending, sensitive decisions and destructive changes require explicit boundaries and authorization.

Can you promise savings or revenue?

We agree how to measure the starting process and the proposed workflow. We do not guarantee revenue, labor savings or a particular return.

Who owns the system?

The agreement distinguishes client accounts, company-specific materials, reusable components and third-party licenses. Handover and ongoing support are defined before work begins.

How much does it cost?

Pricing follows the agreed scope, access requirements, evaluation and support. Implementation, ongoing service and third-party costs are separated.

Bring us the operating problem.

We’ll examine the workflow, constraints and business case before recommending a build.
